Her dedication extended beyond individual care by providing her patients with random moments of singing of their favorite tunes.
In addition to her clinical roles, Ms. Cruz Andreoli has been an adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida, sharing her extensive knowledge with future health care professionals. Her previous experience includes working as a quality assurance analyst at UBC in 2021 and serving as the community health nursing director at the Florida Department of Health in 2019. These roles have honed her skills in organizational processes and quality improvement as she led COVID strike teams that vaccinated thousands daily in Orange County during the pandemic.
Ms. Cruz Andreoli’s career also includes significant contributions as an IT electronic health records analyst manager at Consulate Health Care in 2017 and as a nurse educator at Abbie Pharmaceuticals in 2015. Her expertise in nursing informatics was further developed during her tenure as director of education and training at Orlando Health and Rehab in 2014.
She started her journey as a critical care nurse in the Progressive Care Unit at Veterans Affairs from 2008, where she also worked as a registered nurse until 2013. Throughout her career, Ms. Cruz Andreoli has served in multiple mentorship, education and teaching organizations reflecting her commitment to professional development and industry engagement.
Ms. Cruz Andreoli’s educational background is robust, having earned a Master of Nursing Informatics from Walden University in 2016 and a Registered Nursing Diploma from Southside Regional Medical Center in 2008. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Naturopathy at Trinity School of Natural Health, driven by her desire to offer holistic health care solutions.
