Hill & Wilkinson has tapped Mike Oswald as its new ⁢CEO, the Richardson, Texas, general contractor announced Monday in a press release shared with Construction Dive. Paul Driscoll, who held the‌ job for ⁢13 years,‍ is transitioning to chairman‌ of the board.

Oswald is a veteran of Hill & Wilkinson and served in various leadership roles for 20 years. He began ⁤his career at the firm in 2004, before being named chief operating ​officer in 2016, where he managed field operations for all divisions.

“It’s‍ an honor and a privilege to serve as CEO, and I couldn’t be more ‍excited for the future of our company,” said Oswald in the release.

Oswald ⁣is an alumni ​of Northern Michigan University and serves‍ on the NMU Construction Management Advisory Board⁢ and NMU Foundation Board, per the release.

Driscoll had a 40-year career ⁣with the ⁣company ⁤— including estimator, ​project engineer, project⁣ manager, group manager and vice president — before becoming CEO.

“I am ⁣proud to hand over the ⁢reins to Mike and the rest of the executive team,” said Driscoll‍ in the release. “I have confidence in this team’s commitment to continue leading H&W⁤ through⁣ many more years of successful growth⁤ while always prioritizing our people and⁤ partners.”

Hill & Wilkinson is making additional ‌changes to its⁣ executive ‍leadership‌ team:

  • Matt Sisco was promoted to‍ chief operating officer. Sisco has been with Hill ‌& Wilkinson‌ for 23‌ years and was previously executive vice president. In this⁤ role, he will oversee field operations⁤ for all ⁢the company’s divisions.
  • Peyton Boddie was promoted‍ to chief business officer. Boddie ‌has been with Hill & Wilkinson⁢ for⁤ 23 years, formerly ‌as executive‍ vice president – commercial. He is charged with⁣ identifying and ⁣pursuing new business ⁤opportunities.
  • Matt Shem was promoted to president. Shem has been with​ Hill & Wilkinson for 18 years and was previously executive vice president ‌– special projects. He will guide people operations, including talent acquisition and training.

With revenue over⁢ $400⁤ million, Hill & Wilkinson has‌ additional⁣ offices in Fort ‌Worth, Austin, and Temple, Texas.
