C.J. Stroud Attributes Record Playoff Win to ‘Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

The rookie quarterback who led Houston into the NFL postseason has set another record in his team’s opening-round win. Quarterback C.J. Stroud made history by completing 16 of 21 passes for 274 yards and three touchdowns in the Texans’ 45-14 victory over Cleveland. “I just want to give all glory and praise to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,” Stroud said in his post-game interview, expressing gratitude for the support he’s received in Houston and from his hometown.
