Los Angeles (RestaurantNews.com) Pepper Lunch, the Japanese-born fast-casual concept with over 500 locations in 15 countries, has big plans for North America. They’ve just signed a major development agreement for Utah, marking their fourth such deal in under seven months.
Gemba Partners, led by Utah residents Charles and Catherine Johnson, will be developing five locations in Utah over the next three years, with the first one opening in late Q4, 2024.
Both Charles and Catherine bring years of experience in the restaurant industry, making them the perfect partners for this venture. Pepper Lunch, renowned for its unique dining experience and top-quality ingredients, is now seeking franchise partners to bring their one-of-a-kind dining concept to the US.
