When initiating a recording, you have options beyond the conventional method of clicking the Record and Stop buttons. A lesser-known feature involves holding down the Option key, transforming the Stop icon into a Pause button. By utilizing this, you can momentarily pause your recording before resuming.
During the pause, the button transitions back to the red Record icon, allowing you to seamlessly continue the recording. Alternatively, pressing Option again converts the icon to Stop, marking the end of the recording session.
