Gamestream, a technology company based in France, has recently received an investment of €4.5 million. Established in 2019, Gamestream has introduced its platform across various devices including PC, TV, and mobile.
Currently, Gamestream offers its services in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The company’s objective with the investment is to enhance and grow its cloud gaming business.
Ivan Lebeau, the president of Gamestream, emphasized the high demand for cloud gaming due to the affordability factor. He stated, “Only a few people can afford to purchase a gaming console, and acquiring games at €70 each is even rarer. Cloud Gaming addresses this demand, allowing players to access unlimited console-quality licenses for a fraction of the cost on their computers, tablets, or smartphones. With this new round of fundraising, we aim to solidify our position in the global market.”
