Considering the success of 90125, Rabin’s decision to join Yes was clearly the right one. Rabin further shares his approach to creating music, stating, “I’ve always tried to approach the guitar with an open mind. And back then, I looked at it from the point of view of being an arranger for an orchestra rather than just aimlessly soloing over things.”

Reflecting on the decision to join Yes and the name change, Rabin shares that it was initially suggested, and later insisted, that Cinema change their name to Yes at the behest of Atlantic/Atco Records.
