Hilton is continuing its expansion in France, with a portfolio that has almost doubled in just five years, supported in part by the recent arrival of its new premium budget brand Spark in Lyon. Today, the American hotel group operates 14 hotels in Paris and the Île-de-France region, with another property to be added to the portfolio: DoubleTree by Hilton Paris Boulogne, scheduled to open in January 2026. The hotel will result from the rapid conversion of the former Radisson Blu Paris Boulogne, which has been taken over under a management contract by Schroders Capital.

Located on avenue Edouard Vaillant in Boulogne-Billancourt, the hotel benefits from a strategic position close to the Roland-Garros stadium, the Parc des Princes and several major corporate headquarters, as well as being within easy reach of the Porte de Saint-Cloud metro station. DoubleTree by Hilton Paris Boulogne will offer 170 rooms and suites, a restaurant with terrace, a bar and a fitness area, catering to both business and leisure travellers.

The property will also strengthen Hilton’s offering for meetings and events in the Paris region. The hotel will feature six meeting rooms, with nearly 550 m² of MICE space in the current configuration, including a largest room capable of accommodating up to 220 people in theatre style.
