Applications Open for European Smash Tournaments
The good news continues as European Smash Tournament applications are now open, allowing tournaments in the EU and the UK to apply for an official tournament license. While the initial restrictions caused concern, it seems that the process has become more streamlined, with more events receiving licenses than expected. Even Melee tournaments are receiving licenses, with Smash 4 being the only banned game this time around.
With the application process now open, European organizers can confidently plan their 2024 events and ensure that they comply with the new licensing system. While there are some challenges, these changes will ultimately benefit the Super Smash Bros community. Find out more here.
