It looks like Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur isn’t too confident in rookie kicker Anders Carlson.

Carlson wasn’t solely to blame for the Packers’ loss to the 49ers, though his missed field goal certainly didn’t help the team’s chances. If he had made the field goal, it could have changed the outcome of the game.
Regardless, the Packers will need to assess Carlson’s performance and decide if he deserves another chance in the 2024 season. If he continues to struggle, the team may need to consider finding a replacement for him.
