New LNG-Powered Car Carrier Joins CMA CGM Fleet

CMA CGM recently added the CMA CGM Monaco, a 7,000 CEU LNG dual-fuel roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) newbuild, to its fleet. This eco-friendly car carrier was constructed at Jinling Shipyard Jiangsu in China and has already docked at Yantai, China on its way to Europe. The vessel is scheduled to arrive in Tilbury, UK by mid-March, marking a significant milestone in automotive transport between Asia and Europe.
With a length of 200 meters and a width of 38 meters, the Malta-flagged CMA CGM Monaco is an innovative addition to CMA CGM’s car carrier fleet.
