Showcasing his seven years of expertise as a restaurateur, Mr. LeClair has found success as the owner of Paradiso Roma Ristorante, a farm-to-table restaurant specializing in delicious pizza and other Italian fare. Drawing on his extensive culinary skills, he leads all aspects of the business and is known for his innovative approach to crafting dishes, including incorporating unique liquids into his pizza dough. Even outside of the restaurant, Mr. LeClair is dedicated to educating and currently works as a Technology Integration Specialist, providing valuable instruction to teachers.
His love for the hospitality field began in his childhood, further developed in college, and eventually led to him opening his own successful restaurant at the young age of 25. His journey involved earning degrees in English and pre-law, spending time as a high school teacher, and continuing his education with a master’s degree and Doctor of Education. Mr. LeClair’s restaurant has made waves in the community, earning prestigious nominations and numerous awards.
