Exciting Opportunity: “Building Tomorrow’s Smart Homes for Longevity” Pitch Competition
The HITLAB and AgeTech CollaborativeTM from AARP® have announced the revival of their renowned pitch competition, “Building Tomorrow’s Smart Homes for Longevity.”
The objective of this challenge is to identify pioneering solutions that enrich the lives of older adults and promote aging in place. Startup companies across the United States are invited to submit their entries until May 10th. The focus of the challenge is on solutions that tackle the distinct obstacles faced by older adults, such as remote care, social connectivity, sleep management, chronic care management, monitoring, and pain management.
Top finalists, up to eight in number, will have the chance to present their innovative solutions to a panel of judges on June 20th. Winners stand a chance to secure prizes of up to $10,000, generously sponsored by HITLAB and AgeTech Collaborative.

Ensuring that older adults retain their independence, dignity, and well-being as they age is paramount. The AgeTech Challenge is dedicated to identifying and supporting cutting-edge technologies that cater to these needs.
