The boyfriend of scandal-plagued mayor and supervisor Tiffany Henyard clashed with an angry activist who called her a “bitch” before a brawl — which involved Henyard — broke out during a town board meeting.
Activist Jedidiah Brown called Henyard, who has served as Thornton Township’s supervisor since 2022, the expletive while standing at the microphone during the public comment portion of the chaotic session. on Tuesday night, according to CBS News.
Brown berated Henyard for being a “half-a–ed mayor” and accused her of “sleeping her way to the top” while he praised newly appointed trustee Stephanie Wiedeman.

“You gone, bitch,” Brown said.
Henyard’s boyfriend Kamal Woods, who was seated in the back of the meeting room, confronted the activist after his speech.
The two exchanged punches while other allies of Henyard joined the fracas.
Henyard was captured leaving her post in the front of the room with the board of trustees and jumped into the middle of the action.
It’s unclear if Henyard, also known as the Dolton “dictator,” was trying to break up the fight or join it.
“I have never seen a politician jump in and fight like that – it was scary and horrible- It is an embarrassment,” eyewitness Meghan Dudek told NBC Chicago.
Henyard left her post and even jumped into the fight herself.

Security inside the south suburban Chicago township tried to separate the crowd from jumping on tables, throwing punches and kicking each other.
In the chaos, Henyard was even thrown onto the ground and lost a shoe.
“It should have never come to blows, and Tiffany should have never got involved,” eyewitness Gerald Williams told NBC Chicago.
Brown alleged that the fight was a “preplanned set up” and claimed he’s been called a “bitch” by Henyard and her allies.
“Let’s be clear here, I was fighting them all,” Brown said on Facebook. “Kamal grabbed my jacket in beginning which is why my head was down but I powered through and was over him.
“I still popped every single one of them including Tiffany who hit me first before being picked up like a toddler and having to fight security in the back room by elevator.”
The brawl took place after a very tense meeting where Henyard’s boyfriend, who runs the township’s at-risk youth program alongside a man named William Moore, was at the center of the meeting’s agenda Tuesday night.
Both men were placed on paid administrative after the board and community questioned the work they were doing.
They also approved an independent investigator or or a forensic auditor to find out how grant money and township funds were being used for the at-risk youth program and the outreach department,
