Bad news for Jonathan Majors! His latest movie, ‘Magazine Dreams,’ has reportedly been dropped by its distributor.
PEOPLE reports that Searchlight Pictures has decided to return the film rights amid Majors’ recent legal issues.
‘Magazine Dreams’ was set to be a showcase for Majors’ acting chops, with him playing an aspiring bodybuilder named Killian Maddox who juggles personal struggles while chasing his dream.
However, following Majors’ guilty verdict, the film distributor has decided to disassociate itself from the project.
The fate of the movie now hangs in limbo. It’s unclear if it will ever see the light of day.
But in the midst of this legal controversy, Majors’ film projects continue to be dropped.
Last week, it was reported that Majors had also been dropped from the Dennis Rodman biopic ’48 Hours in Vegas.’
Reports suggest that the guilty verdict has cast a shadow over Majors’ acting career and disrupted the production schedule of his upcoming movies.
To make matters worse, Marvel Studios and other companies have also distanced themselves from Majors.
