His journey began in the mid-1980s when he embarked on a path in public safety, dedicating over 30 years to the field. Rising to the rank of Captain II, also known as Duty Fire Chief, he also served as a state instructor for the Department of Fire Programs and the Office of Emergency Medical Services. For over 30 years, he imparted his knowledge at various local fire departments, making significant contributions to the training and development of future fire service professionals.

In 2024, Mr. Lindstrom assumed the role of Advisor within the Operations Technology Engineering Department at Fannie Mae, where he is part of a team responsible for maintaining overall enterprise stability. He is a member of the Correction of Errors team, tasked with assessing issues and implementing improvements. Before this position, he served as a Senior Manager within the Digital Workplace at Fannie Mae from 2014 to 2024, where he honed his skills in process improvement and team building.

Before joining Fannie Mae, Mr. Lindstrom was a senior technical analyst for Convergenz in 2014. His expertise in technology management was further developed during his tenure as an engagement manager at CenturyLink Technology Solutions from 2012 to 2014. From 2011 to 2012, he worked as a senior technical project manager at CIBER, where he managed complex projects and ensured their successful execution.

Mr. Lindstrom’s career also includes roles such as academy instructor for Loudoun County Fire Rescue from 2010 to 2012 and senior consultant at TEK Systems from 2010 to 2011. As program director at SAVVIS from 2008 to 2010, he directed significant initiatives that advanced technological capabilities. His earlier roles include project manager II for U.S. Customs and Border Protection at Apogen Technologies in 2008 and senior technical project manager for Sun Microsystems’ HPC Implementation at BCI-IT in the same year.

Mr. Lindstrom’s educational foundation was laid at Fishburne Military School, where he graduated with a diploma in 1988. The discipline and determination instilled during his time there have been pivotal in his professional achievements. He attributes his success to his relentless pursuit of excellence and his ability to maintain a strong personal brand.
