Nations Leagues Sees the United States and Mexico at the Top
A standout year for the United States and Mexico saw the teams win the 2022-23 Concacaf Nations League.

The 2022-23 Concacaf Nations League Finals in Las Vegas, Nevada were a fierce competition with the U.S., Mexico, Canada and Panama battling for the crown. The U.S.’s 3-0 win over Mexico and subsequent 2-0 win over Canada in the finals crowned them the champions for the second straight completion. Christian Pulisic, who scored two goals, also won the Best Player Award.
2023 Concacaf Gold Cup
Led by a goal from Santiago Gimenez, Mexico took the Concacaf Gold Cup home after their victory against Panama. Panama, with Adalberto Carrasquilla leading the way, clinched the Best Player Award despite their second-place finish.
