Making its official debut at the Faire of the Dog: Lovers Market in the Mills District on February 23, Pacchioni’s World Inspired Cheesesteaks brings a creative twist to Orlando, blending the iconic, rich and savory taste of Philadelphia-style cheesesteaks with bold, worldly ingredients from around the globe to create new, delectable, elevated cheesesteaks made to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. Dedicated to using premium, high-quality ingredients, creative recipes and unique storytelling inspired by diverse culinary traditions with each cheesesteak, Pacchioni’s delivers a memorable culinary adventure.
Owner Daniel Pacchioni has teamed up with acclaimed Michelin-Starred Chef Mike Collantes (Sushi Saint, Soseki Modern Omakase) to curate Pacchioni’s menu of elevated and innovative cheesesteaks. The menu’s passport to flavor features classic cheesesteaks like “The OG” with Cheez Whiz, grilled onions and provolone cheese, alongside global innovations like “The El Dorado”, a Colombian-inspired creation with sunny side egg, house made mayo-ketchup and potato chips and “The Island Spice”, a Jamaican-infused masterpiece with jerk seasoning and house made curry aioli. From the truffle-laden French “Truffle Trésor” to the bold, tangy Korean “K-Drama”, every option is crafted to deliver an exciting mix of tradition and originality.

“I feel really excited to be opening up a food truck in Orlando, where the food scene is quickly growing into a global phenomenon,” says Pacchioni. “There are incredible chefs, restaurants and pop-ups that rival any city, and I’m grateful to be a part of it. Working with Chef Mike Collantes is a dream come true. I’ve been a fan of Soseki for years, by far one of my favorite restaurants in Orlando, and this is what gave me the confidence to open up this elevated cheesesteak concept. I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for him.”
