Redfin has officially launched Redfin Redesign, an AI-powered tool for home photos. This exciting new product enables homebuyers to visualize changes to the interior of a house in listing photos and is powered by technology from Roomvo, a home design visualization platform.
This powerful tool empowers prospective homebuyers to unleash their creativity and explore the potential of a home by experimenting with different design styles.
Ariel Dos Santos, Redfin’s senior vice president of product, expressed enthusiasm about the new tool, stating, “Redfin Redesign uses Roomvo’s AI capabilities so buyers can see what they could do with a space in just a few clicks. It’s one way Redfin‘s using AI to make real estate better for buyers, sellers, and agents.”
The feature is available on all active Redfin listings on Redfin’s website and app, as well as on sold listings. Additionally, it is now accessible on all Bright MLS’ listings across the mid-Atlantic, thanks to the partnership between Redfin, Roomvo, and Bright MLS. With over 75,000 listings across the U.S. already covered, Redfin has plans to extend its partnerships to other MLSs and brokerages in the future.
