The fully integrated system boasts a 400 MW installed PV capacity and is connected to the grid. The 1,500 VDC energy storage system consists of 10 Trina Storage 2.5 MW/5 MWh battery cabinets with robust maintenance systems and precision thermal management technology for increased battery life.

Situated on fish ponds, the system generates energy on the water while simultaneously supporting fish farming, creating a harmonious blend of sustainable agriculture and advanced technology, according to Trina Storage.

Trina Storage’s latest commercial-scale batteries, Trina Storage Elementa 2, were introduced at All-Energy Australia in October. The 4 MWh energy storage system is designed to seamlessly integrate with PV systems and offer high energy density in a compact 20-foot container.
