Surveys are a part of life, but most are boring, leading to ineffective responses and actions. Dinghan Shen and Yuan Xue, two Silicon Valley software engineers, saw this and decided to change it.
They started Trove AI about six months ago with the goal of making surveys more engaging and empathetic by using GPT-4 and their own models.
The startup has already gained traction, and the first version of Trove has over 1,000 users, including a variety of small and medium-sized businesses from around the world.
Trove aims to be a comprehensive “customer and employee experience management platform” for companies of all sizes, offering more than just AI-powered survey features.
Shen told TechCrunch that Trove is 80% SaaS and 20% AI, offering a wide range of features beyond just survey creation and response.
They are rethinking management workflows with the powerful capabilities of large language models.
