Santa’s got a brand-new bag of Twizzlers to snack on this year.

Halloween candy season may be in full swing, but Christmas is coming early this year. Twizzlers has been playing around with seasonal twists on its classic licorice for a while now, but the brand has never created a Christmas shape before.
Yes, Twizzlers has done ghosts for Halloween and hearts for Valentine’s Day. Now, there will be Christmas tree-shaped Twizzlers candy for the holidays!
Even if you’re not a fan of the intertwined licorice cords, it’s hard to resist the charm of these very adorable—and edible—fir trees. Here’s everything we know about Twizzlers Trees, including where to buy them.
What do we know about Twizzlers Trees?
Fortunately, Twizzlers decided to skip its original black licorice flavor and go with a bold cherry red flavor for its holiday-inspired trees. Shaped like festive evergreens, the chewy minis are perfect for holiday movie nights, landscaping around gingerbread houses and using as stocking stuffers.
Where can I find Twizzlers Trees?
We could only find the Twizzlers Ghosts on Amazon this early in the season, but we did find the trees available to ship nationwide on Five Below. They’ve also been spotted on a handful of independent candy retailers’ storefronts, like Blair Candy.
To see where you can score a bag near you, keep checking Hersheyland.com, which has the most up-to-date information on stockists in your area. Apps like Instacart and DoorDash show the trees in stock, but you’ll need to enter your zip code to see just how fast you can get your hands on a bag—which could be in as little as an hour, depending on where you live.
How long will they be available?
A 7.1-ounce bag of 30 Twizzlers Trees currently costs $3.99, but there’s no news on how long they’ll be available, so catch ’em while you can. Like all good things that (sadly) must come to an end, these trees have a short lifespan to make room for more seasonal favorites on store shelves.
Here’s hoping they won’t sell out before Christmas—we want to enjoy the cherry-flavored trees through the holidays!
