Cardi B and Offset’s Georgia home was recently caught in a swatting incident.
In August of 2023, police body camera footage obtained by TMZ revealed the events that unfolded at Cardi B and Offset’s home in Sandy Springs, GA.
Authorities were dispatched to their address after receiving multiple calls reporting that a shooting occurred at a “famous rapper’s home” and suggesting that Cardi B may have been injured. As a result, police arrived at the house prepared for a potentially dangerous situation.
Offset’s uncle, Derrick Cephus, revealed that he was house-sitting, and neither Cardi B nor Offset was present during the incident.
As for the status of the couple, they are currently estranged, and their relationship has caused concern among fans, especially after Cardi B’s recent rants on social media.
In late July of 2023, Nicki Minaj also fell victim to swatting when her home was targeted by police after a false police report.
