A Scottish-born transgender woman named Hailey Davidson is taking the golf world by storm. After undergoing hormone treatments and a gender reassignment surgery, Davidson is inching closer to participating in the LPGA. Davidson won the NXXT Women’s Classic in Florida, by establishing a one-over-73 score. She has received backlash for competing in women’s sports, but she is determined to fulfill her dream of becoming a professional golfer despite the challenges.
