BorgWarner Inc. (NYSE: BWA) (the Company) announced that Kevin Nowlan is retiring as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) after a 28-year career in finance. Craig Aaron, BorgWarner’s current Vice President and Controller, will take over as Executive Vice President and CFO, effective March 1, 2024. Mr. Nowlan will remain with the Company in an advisory capacity through April 1, 2024, to ensure a smooth transition.
Frdric Lissalde, President and Chief Executive Officer, expressed his gratitude for Kevin’s contributions and wished him a fantastic retirement. Mr. Nowlan shared his heartfelt thanks to the team and underscored the importance of being present for his family.
Mr. Aaron, who has been with BorgWarner since 2007, will be stepping into his new role with a strong background in accounting and finance. His promotion was commended by Mr. Lissalde.
