The fresh merchandise line, consisting of T-shirts, CDs, and vinyl records, subtly hints at the title of Act II, which is “Cowboy Carter.”

Queen Bey’s recent move comes on the heels of her Renaissance Act II announcement during Super Bowl LVIII on Feb. 11.

After sporting cowboy hats for several months at various events, the 42-year-old musician, who is married to Jay-Z (also known as Shawn Carter) and has children Blue Ivy, 11, and twins Sir and Rumi, 6, shared that she is embracing her country roots for the new album scheduled for release on March 29. Accompanying the announcement were two singles, “16 Carriages” and “Texas hold ‘em,” a tribute to her home state.

Beyoncé’s track “Texas hold ‘em” has made history by making her the first Black woman to reach the top of Billboard’s Hot Country Song Charts. This achievement also marks her as the first woman to top both the Country chart and the Hot R&B and Hip-Hop chart. The single has held the top position for over four weeks now.

Country music icon Dolly Parton congratulated the “Crazy in Love” artist on her latest accomplishment.

Dolly expressed her excitement about Beyoncé’s country album and the success of her single in a post on Instagram on Feb. 22. She also teased the possibility of Beyoncé covering or sampling one of her own chart-topping country hits on the upcoming album.
