OAK RIDGE, Tenn. – Nov. 30, 2023 – PRLog — Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS), headquartered in Oak Ridge, TN, has welcomed a dynamic new leader to their team as the Vice President of Business Development.
Christine M. Harley brings with her over three decades of invaluable experience in business development and operations across engineering, environmental, and contracting firms, spanning a diverse range of markets, service areas, and project types. Her most recent role was serving as president of Lane Power & Energy Solutions, Inc. (LPES), where she had overall responsibility for corporate operations and financial performance. Additionally, she spent 17 years with WSP supporting the Industrial/Energy division’s business development efforts as Vice President.

Her expertise extends to directing corporate operations, developing and managing corporate and market strategy, leading business development efforts and communications programs, and negotiating contracts. She also possesses an in-depth understanding of federal programs and has demonstrated support for compliance of federal opportunities and ongoing contracts for decades.
“I see so much potential in BGS. I’m inspired by the way they have integrated different sectors and uncovered more opportunities to serve companies. At times, we may start by assisting a client with nuclear solutions, and then find that they also require cyber security work. Growing our work with existing clients will be an integral part of our strategy, and naturally, acquiring new clients will be a key focus,” said Harley.
Harley’s communication skills have been honed through technical writing and editing of proposals, presentations, client deliverables, reports, training, advertising, and community outreach materials. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Smith College and completed the WOMEN Unlimited LEAD Program, a year-long executive leadership development course.
