Well, the surprise didn’t come from Mahomes’ blindside. Instead, it came head-on. We can see a Bills player knocking Mahomes down and in the process hitting him in the face to the point where his helmet nearly comes out.

The surprising part? This is a clear foul and there was no flag on it. The Bills got away with it. We saw the same thing in the game against the Packers where Valdes-Scantling took a hit from behind, but the Packers weren’t penalized for it.
