The comparison between “450 W/PB HDDs vs 71 W/PB Magneto-electric Disk” on the slide has sparked curiosity among experts. While the term “magneto-electric disk” may seem ‍puzzling, it‍ likely alludes to the‌ technology’s ability to facilitate a connection between magnetic and electric properties ⁤within the storage medium.⁤ This mechanism is akin to how electricity is used to alter the polarity of magnetic regions on a conventional hard disk ⁢drive.
