The Marvel Universe’s current big bad, played by the lynchpin of the entire current phase of the MCU, Jonathan Majors, is at the center of a storm of controversy. Despite facing charges of domestic violence and evidence coming to light in his case, Disney continues to support him. However, it now seems impossible for Disney to continue working with Majors given the new revelations about his behavior.
The evidence against Majors, revealed in his domestic violence case, paints a troubling picture. Text messages entered into evidence appear to show Majors advising his girlfriend, accuser Grace Jabbari, not to go to the hospital after he caused her a head injury, even if she lied about what happened.
While Jonathan Majors’ performance as Kang has been praised, it’s clear that Disney needs to consider cutting ties with him. The evidence against him is mounting, and his behavior cannot be ignored.
