The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has launched an exciting revamped e-auction platform for the transparent disposal of seized and overtime goods.
Since its relaunch on Jan 16th, NCS has seen 86 vehicles bid and won out of the 100 vehicles uploaded on the platform.
The auctions are periodic and are open every Tuesday from 12 pm to 6 pm, giving the public the chance to bid for their desired items.

The new platform, accessible at https://auction.nigeriatradehub.gov.ng, aligns with the guidelines in the newly enacted Nigeria Customs Service Act, 2023, showcasing the agency’s dedication to efficiency and fairness.
Since its relaunch, the agency has recorded impressive results, including 1137 bids, 1099 registered applicants, and 652 successfully paid administration fees for the 100 vehicles uploaded on the platform, of which 86 have been bid and won.
Successful bidders are required to promptly download their winning certificates through the provided link in the confirmation email and present it where the goods are domiciled for clearance within seven days.
The auctions are open every Tuesday from 12 noon to 6 pm, providing the public with regular opportunities to select and bid for desired items.
NCS is actively addressing any technical issues to ensure a seamless experience in all subsequent exercises.
