We’re now in Week 15 of the NHL season, with some enticing players who are available to pick up, including a new player to the list. Whether it’s time to unload certain players or take a chance on some fresh talent, here are the players to focus on this week.
Let’s explore the rostered players in Yahoo leagues who may be underperforming.
Tyler Toffoli, LW/RW, New Jersey Devils (84% rostered)
While Toffoli started strong, his recent numbers leave much to be desired. With a closer look at his performance, his value may be in decline. Toffoli has lost his center, Jack Hughes, which doesn’t help his fantasy value. Could it be time to make a change?
Andrei Kuzmenko, LW/RW, Vancouver Canucks, (48% rostered)
Are the Canucks sure Kuzmenko should be on the ice? After an outstanding performance last season, he’s been struggling to make his presence felt. With five healthy scratches and a goal drought, it might be time to replace him in your lineup.
Adam Larsson, D, Seattle Kraken (43% rostered)
While Larsson’s strong suit is blocked shots, his goal-scoring and overall performance aren’t up to par this season. At 31, he’s no longer the fantasy asset he once was.
Trevor Zegras, C, Anaheim Ducks, (35% rostered)
Zegras is out with an injury and may be the subject of trade rumors. With a poor performance leading up to his injury, it might be wise to explore other options.
