Hello everyone! Embrace the weekend and make sure to indulge in some enjoyable or serene activities.

Here are today’s NYT Associations clues and solutions for your convenience.

Rules for Playing Associations

In Associations, you are presented with a grid containing 16 words. Your objective is to organize them into four sets of four by identifying the connections between them. The sets could revolve around themes such as horror movie series, a specific type of verb, or names of rap artists.

For each puzzle, there is a single correct solution, and you must be cautious with words that could potentially fit into multiple categories. Consider rearranging the words to facilitate your recognition of their relationships.

Each group is color-coded. The yellow group is commonly the easiest to discern, while the blue and green categories pose moderate difficulty, and the purple group is typically the most challenging to decipher. The purple set often involves clever wordplay, so keep that in mind.

Select four words that you believe belong together and click Submit. Incorrect guesses result in a loss of a life. If you are close to identifying a correct group, you might receive a message indicating that you are only one word away from solving it, but you will still need to determine which word to swap.

If you make four mistakes, the game ends. Utilize hints and, if required, the answers for today’s Associations to prevent that from happening.
