Ingredients:
- 1 cup cold 2% milk
- 1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
- Chocolate shavings
Directions:
- Combine milk, pudding mix, and cocoa in a small bowl, whisking until thickened (approximately 1 minute). Carefully fold in whipped topping. Spoon the mixture into the crust. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and chocolate shavings before serving.
